Running client sites

Choose by site count, not traffic

Cloud Startup holds three websites, Cloud Business five. For small agency work the website quota usually runs out before CPU or RAM does — so count the sites you expect to hold this year first, then look at the specification.

Client domains in one list

Domains you register appear on one page with their expiry dates. Registrant details are entered once and reused for the next domain, so registering the fifth is not as slow as the first.

When a client moves on

There is no self-service account transfer yet. For now, moving a domain or service across to a client account goes through a support ticket and our team handles it. We say so up front because this is the question that arrives at the end of an engagement, when everybody is in a hurry.

Invoices you can pass on

Every service has its own invoice, so per-client costs stay easy to separate when you bill them onward.
